The Glycerin GTS 20 from Brooks in the wonderful Peacoat/Ocean/Pastel Lilac colourway offers all the plush softness of the Glycerin 20 but with the addition of stability provided by Brooks’ industry-leading GuideRails Holistic Support System. This system shifts the focus beyond the feet and onto the knees and is designed to keep you moving comfortably by minimising excess movement.

Full-length nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole cushioning keeps your feet comfortable as you run and is the softest cushioning used by Brooks. The inclusion of a plush sock liner only adds to the step-in comfort, while the soft upper with 3D Fit Print allows the shoe to conform to the movements of your foot while remaining secure. A new outsole design delivers smoother and more stable transitions from heel to toe-off.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
