Advice for Road Runners: The sixth edition of one of Hoka’s groundbreaking stability shoes, the Hoka Women’s Arahi 6 Running Shoes in the Black/White colourway have been subtly updated to enhance the fit and feel of this already brilliant model! 

Underfoot Feel

The lightweight EVA foam midsole gives a protective and comfortable feel. The shoe offers dynamic stability and provides a ride that is smooth and supportive, while still prioritising performance. Reliable J-Frame™ stability technology supports and stabilises just when it’s needed throughout your run. Hoka’s Meta Rocker design acts to reduce the stress loads placed on the lower leg.

Upper Fit

The highly breathable and supportive jacquard mesh upper reduces the overall weight of the shoe from the previous version. A plush tongue improves comfort across the top of the foot.

Ideal Run Type

The Hoka Women’s Arahi 6 Running Shoes offer dynamic stability. This makes them a great option for runners who are more unstable in one foot than the other. The soft cushioning and protective feel are ideal when running at slower to steady paces. This model may also be suitable for runners who suffer from tightness in the calves and Achilles tendon.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
