Underfoot Feel

The shoe features a full midsole of Mizuno’s premium Enerzy foam which is 2mm thicker than before for a plusher, softer feel. This foam has a bouncy, responsive feel and is also extremely durable.

The supportive Wave Plate helps reduce excess pronation. It is anatomically shaped to ensure that weight is smoothly transferred from initial heel strike through to toe-off. It also disperses shock throughout the sole unit, stabilising the Enerzy foam. The Wave Plate also aids forward propulsion. Mizuno’s X10 carbon rubber outsole is highly durable and adds grip on heel strike.

Upper Fit

The AIRmesh upper uses up to 30% recycled materials in its construction and is highly breathable. Like other Mizuno models, the Wave Inspire 19 has a secure ankle fit for a supportive feel.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
